These are the results to my primary research questions. I targeted people who shop online by finding them on instagram on the brands pages. I looked on the comments of their posts and chose people who has clearly shopped with them before. I found that the results for my questionnaire helped me a lot, it narrowed down the problem as the answers seemed to follow a trend. This gave me the information I needed to make sure my project solved these issues.
After my questionnaire, I moved on to finding an expert in the industry. I targeted a fashion blogger with 80K+ followers on instagram and YouTube as I felt this would be the best opinion to have as the blogger is constantly buying clothes to try on.
